If you don’t have an existing CV then I’ll send you a CV form within 24 hours to provide all the necessary information. I may contact you for more information and clarity. All my CVs are delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF format. If you have an existing CV then I will go through the information gathering phase. This involves reviewing it and I will come back to you with any questions or clarifications I need in order to produce a first draft of your CV. Once I have produced a first draft, I will send you the document and invite you to provide me with your feedback.

If you don’t have an existing CV then I’ll send you a CV form within 24 hours to provide all the necessary information such as your work experience, education etc. I may contact you for more information and clarity. All my CVs are delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF format. I ask all customers for basic personal information so that I can contact you and send your CV back by email.

Your writer will be me, Mickey Lever (the man behind CV Writing Pro). You will only be liaising with me and no other writer. I have extensive CV writing experience. I am qualified to degree level and have relevant experience in writing CVs in your industry.

You’ll pay through the website or via bank transfer before the work begins.

I can only offer a refund if I haven’t yet begun working on your CV. I am sure that you will be happy with my CV and the service. If you are not satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your final CV and I’ll work with you until you are happy with your CV.
