No contract subsists until we accept your order. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods/services at any time. All prices are subject to change at any time prior to a contract being entered into and are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for refusing to accept your order, withdrawing any goods/services or changing any prices.
You may only use this site for lawful purposes when seeking CV advice and CV related products or help with your career. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the site or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorised access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this site or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the site.
You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to this site. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or any person in any jurisdiction. We will use information supplied by you to provide your CV and other services.
We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We explain more about your personal data in our privacy policy.
We retain the right to revoke your right to continued use of our services at our discretion.
Your CV and other written services will usually be delivered via email using the email address provided to us. Your documents will be delivered within 10 workings of receipt of all the information required to proceed (usually from time of consultation). If you believe your documents have not arrived then please check your junk/spam folder before notifying us. We will only deliver documents by post by specific agreement with you.
If you wish to cancel your contract with us after payment please notify us immediately. If we have not carried out any work then we will refund the cost in it’s entirety. If we have carried out a partial amount of the work then we will provide you with a reasonable compensation for the amount of work carried out thus far. If we have already completed the documents then we will not be able to cancel the order. Regarding revisions, depending on the service, the work involved for each revision will take no longer than 30 mins. If the number of changes or new requests requires more than 30 mins to complete CV Writing Pro will charge extra on an hourly basis. If you have not provided CV Writing Pro with feedback after 1 week of receiving the first draft of work then you confirm automatically that you are satisfied with the service we have provided and you do not require our services any further. For Cover Letters you will receive 1 set of changes only and this service is not refundable.
These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms, conditions or policies.
